ORDERING INFORMATION

Sales Tax - A sales tax of 9.25% is added to all orders billed to California addresses.  Sales tax is not charged to customers outside of California.

Payment Options - DÁDIVA SHOP accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Paypal as well as ATM cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo.  We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

Split Order Option - Specifically designed for gift purchases by a group, DÁDIVA SHOP gives you the option of splitting the total amount of the order equally among your family and friends.  Simply visit Wish List and create an online account with DÁDIVA SHOP.  To learn more, please go to Wish List and click on What is a DÁDIVA SHOP Wish List for details.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation - After placing an order on www.dadivashop.com, you will receive the following email confirmations within a few minutes of ordering:  an email with a link to your order and order status from DÁDIVA SHOP and an email receipt of payment from PayPal.  Please keep the email from DÁDIVA SHOP for your reference.  The link in the email will allow you to track your order and see any special notes to you from DÁDIVA SHOP about your order.

Promotion Codes - DÁDIVA SHOP promotion codes are redeemed on the shopping bag page.  Please enter the promotion code to view any discount at the checkout page.  You will automatically receive special promotions by creating an online account with DÁDIVA SHOP or by joining our mailing list.


RETURN POLICY

DÁDIVA SHOP wants you to love your dádiva.  If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, DÁDIVA SHOP will gladly accept returns in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE:  DÁDIVA SHOP cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (including boyshorts) or sales items.  Intimate apparel and sales items are considered final sale.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise -

1. Please let Customer Service know that you will be returning merchandise by emailing us via the Contact Us page with the following information:

If you do not select a refund method, the default is to refund the credit card used at the time of purchase.

2. A Return Request Receipt email confirmation will be sent to you from DÁDIVA SHOP with an authorization code and return shipping address.  Please print the email and place the copy in the package before sending it back to DÁDIVA SHOP.

3. Please select a traceable shipping method as proof of your return shipment (i.e. certified USPS with insurance, DHL, UPS).  DÁDIVA SHOP recommends you keep the return tracking number for your reference.  DÁDIVA SHOP is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at DÁDIVA SHOP to process your return credit.

Exchange Policy:  No Exchanges - Due to limited inventory, DÁDIVA SHOP cannot process exchanges at this time.  If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow DÁDIVA SHOP's Return Policy and place a new order online for an alternative product.  If you require assistance, please contact Customer Service through the Contact Us page.

Damaged Merchandise - If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service within 7 days.  DÁDIVA SHOP will gladly arrange for a replacement of your order.


SHIPPING POLICY

DÁDIVA SHOP's shipping and processing rates cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

Ordering Processing - All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, you will receive partial shipment of the available products and your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately.  Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address, regardless of whole or partial shipment.

Domestic Shipping - DÁDIVA SHOP offers delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.  Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.  Please refer to individual product pages for details. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping - DÁDIVA SHOP offers international delivery.  The USPS delivery option includes tracking number, insurance and a signature requirement.  DÁDIVA SHOP is not responsible for packages held by Customs.  Your package will require a signature upon delivery.

Please allow 6-12 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or in your country.  DÁDIVA SHOP does not pay for International Duty taxes or Value Added Tax.  If a shipment incurs any charges, the customer must assume responsibility.  DÁDIVA SHOP is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on international shipments.  These fees, whether charged by private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.  For more details, please contact your local customs office.

PLEASE NOTE:  After USPS attempts delivery three times without success, your package will be considered abandoned and neither you nor DÁDIVA SHOP will be able to retrieve the package.  DÁDIVA SHOP does not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until an insurance claim has been filed, completed, resolved and closed by USPS.
